In order to strengthen the emergency management of fire accidents in the company’s production workshops and protect the company’s property and personal safety, this plan is specially formulated.

  1. Fire scene disposal process
  2. Once a fire breaks out in any area of the workshop, those who discover the fire should remain calm and do not panic.
  3. For fires that can be extinguished immediately, seize the opportunity and use a fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire immediately. Extinguish the fire first and then report to the emergency management team.
  4. For fires that are relatively large and cannot be extinguished immediately, the spread of the fire must be controlled first, and then comprehensive firefighting can be carried out. If it is difficult to put it out yourself, you should take the fastest way to report to the emergency management team by phone and call 119.
  5. Close doors and windows near the fire scene to prevent the spread of fire, and pull down the workshop switch.
  6. People near the fire scene should cover their mouths and noses with wet towels and evacuate quickly from the safe passage.
  7. Before professional fire fighters arrive at the fire scene, the caller should take appropriate measures and use fire-fighting facilities near the fire scene to put out the fire while ensuring personal safety.
  8. When a live item catches fire, you should immediately cut off the power supply. Before the power supply is cut off, it is strictly forbidden to use water to put out the fire to prevent electric shock accidents.
  9. Fire alarm handling process
  10. After the emergency management team confirms the fire situation, it immediately summons personnel to the scene to put out the fire, provide warning, maintain order and organize evacuation. Arrange personnel to go to the factory gate to guide fire-fighting vehicles into the fire scene.
  11. On-site security personnel should stick to their posts and closely observe the situation in the area near the fire alarm to prevent the recurrence of fire.
  12. Record the entire process of fire fighting and rescue work in detail.
  13. The internal alarm should clearly explain or ask: the fire location, fire location, burning items, burning range, name of the caller, and phone number of the caller.
  14. When calling “119”, you should clearly state: the name of the area in the workshop, the address of the fire scene, the location of the fire, the burning items, the fire situation, the waiting place of the responder and the name and phone number of the responder.
  15. Post-disaster handling process
  16. After the fire is extinguished, the emergency management team should actively assist the public security fire department in investigating the cause of the fire, implement the “four no-misses” principle, and handle fire accidents.
  17. Designate a dedicated person to register and keep the rescued and transferred materials, and clean up and register the fire damage.
  18. After summarizing the disaster situation, return materials to their locations and replenish lost materials. The organization resumes production.
